French company Modelabs is running a fairly successful Echomobiles brand for the EU (and specifically french) market and of course like with most of the techs and gadgets they are using chinese factories and know-how to produce the actual models. The latest coming in 2017 is called Echo Stellar 4G. Don’t expect anything cutting edge
