Two new Nokia smartphones have just landed in the Russian market. The two handsets in question are the recently released Nokia 3.1 Plus and Nokia 7.1. Both are available for pre-order. The Nokia 7.1 is the most expensive of the two, coming in at RUB 19,000 ($287,59). The device is currently available in the 3GB/32GB
